Managing Assets
Assets let you manage files in one place and reuse them across your content. This helps keep entries cleaner, avoids duplicate uploads, and makes it easier to update shared media when needed.
Upload files
Section titled “Upload files”To add files to your project:
- Go to Assets.
- Click Upload Asset.
- Choose one or more files from your device.
Once uploaded, assets become available to use throughout the project.
Find assets
Section titled “Find assets”As your library grows, you can use the asset view to quickly find what you need.
You can:
- search by file name
- filter by media type
- browse the asset grid
This makes it easier to manage large collections of images, documents, and other media.
Use assets in content
Section titled “Use assets in content”Assets can be attached and reused in different parts of your project, including:
- Asset fields in content models
- rich text content, where supported
This allows editors to work with centrally managed files instead of uploading the same asset repeatedly.
Delete assets
Section titled “Delete assets”To remove assets you no longer need:
- Select one or more assets.
- Click Delete.
- Confirm the action.
Deleting an asset removes it from the project, so take care if it is already being used in content.
