Need help with Contismo? Create a support ticket from the Studio so we have the right account and project context.

Log in to the Studio
Sign in to your Contismo account in the Studio using your email or Google account.

Open Support
In the top-right corner, open your user menu and choose Support to open the Support centre.

Create a ticket
Select Create Ticket, choose a category and project if relevant, describe the issue, and attach screenshots or documents if helpful.
Response times
We aim to respond to all support tickets within a few hours during business hours. Include as much detail as you can so we can help faster.
